We Are Going To {Party} Like It's The Weekend AND {Recipe} Of The WEEK!

We are off to Austin, TX to spend the weekend with Z's parents and their sweet puppy Major!! I love that they live in Austin and that we have a very valid excuse to go down constantly!! Here are a few of my favorite places to visit while in Austin!!

**Kerbey Lane cafe in Austin has the best breakfast you have ever had probably in your whole life! There are always a lot of weird people lurking around but Austin likes to keep everything weird! If you happen to go there you need to order the Eggs Francisco...you will not be disappointed!**

**Guadalupe Street is a must visit! They always have random vendors set up and you can do some really cool shopping at the little boutiques and Urban Outfitters.**

**Of course 6th Street is a must to visit if you like to socially drink! Z's favorite place is the Thirsty Nickle!  We are going to try to find Bachelor Brad's bar on 6th street as well!!**

**And of course the Capitol Building of Texas!! I just love how beautiful it is!!**

I will be sure to post pictures of our weekend travels!! Okay now on to what you have been waiting for....Recipe of the Week!! I got this recipe from a previous co-worker and blogger Jennifer. She made these tasty little sandwiches for an office potluck and I wanted to make them for my new works potluck!! Enjoy!!

Ham and Cheese Party Sandwiches

mix well 1/4 cup softened butter, 2 T mustard (Horseradish or Spicy Brown), 1 T Worcestershire sauce, 2 heaping tsp of onion flakes, 1 T poppyseeds.

spread this on both sides of sliced dinner rolls (Hawaiian rolls are best).  Add deli ham and swiss cheese and place the rolls back together.  Wrap in foil and place foil package on cookie sheet.  Bake on 300 degrees for 20 min or until cheese is melted.  You may also freeze them and heat them up later.

Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend and enjoys the beginning of summer!!!

Xoxo,

"E"
