With Z and I getting married and trying our hardest to be debt free, my shopping/spending habits are suppose to be cut to a minimum or obsolete at all possible.
I, however, am a materialistic girl living in a materialistic world and I need...well...stuff, things, shoes, clothes, purses....you get the picture.
Since new outfits are out of the question for now (or until I whine enough to break Z down) I am trying to look at my closet every night/morning with an open mind. I know we all get in a rut and wear the same outfit just because that is how we saw it in the store or because you know it already goes together.
Shopping your closet will make you feel like you have a whole new wardrobe and you don't have to spend a dime...because you already own it! What a concept!
This is something you will have to put effort into. You can simple change up an outfit by changing the jewelry you normally wear with it!
If you follow me on twitter, I tweeted on Monday that I had "shopped my closet" and got so many compliments on my outfit! I turned a maxi dress into a maxi skirt and accessorized!
What do you think about my outfit? Do you ever shop your closet?
Xoxo,
"E"
