With anything that I feel like I have to do and/or if it is not my idea!
I am referring to working out...
I know that if I don't want to look like this
then I have to workout.
However when I commit to working out with a long workout program for a certain period of time I become afraid of commitment.
Z and I just started Insanity on Sunday...
Like seriously I almost died on day 1 and it was just the fitness test.
We continued to day 2 last night - I felt like I was doing 2-a-days in High School again!
It is very intense, however it is not doable.
I am trying to make myself keep it up but not make myself feel bad if I can't do it one day!
So, I need some encouragement and inspiration from you guys! what helps you stay on track working out and motivated?
