Weekend Recap

I hope everyone enjoyed this beautiful Mother's Day weekend! Zach and I on Friday night went to his companies "Family Night at the Ballpark".  It was fun to catch up with everyone that I had not seen since the Christmas party, however I do not think I watched one minute of the Frisco Roughriders game! (I am not a very good sports fan!)

Saturday my mom and grandmother went with me to look at wedding dresses again. (Good wedding dress story for another time!)  I honestly did not think I would find a dress because my first time dress shopping I knew I had found THE ONE! Well drum roll please.....We found THE dress and it will be here in September!

My dress is a private label from Pence & Panache in Burleson Texas. It has to be the nicest bridal boutique I have ever been in, four to be exact! Mandy was so helpful and truly made our experience! I would definitely recommend Pence & Panache to any bride-to-be!

After trying on dresses and stuffing our faces at Babe's Chicken House (Best family style home cooking ever!), we went to some of the boutiques around Burleson. I found the cake stand I will use for my wedding cake!! Burleson and Saturday shopping were very good to me!

I surprised my mom and grandma with a wine tour and tasting at Lone Oak Winery. We had the nicest tour guide who happened to be the owner! If you are ever in Burleson looking for something to do, definitely visit Lone Oak Winery!

***We got to try wine where they actually make it and they ran out of wine glasses so I got to drink mine out of a champagne glass - use what you have!****

Finally to wrap up the weekend Zach and I took my parents out for Mother's Day to Lambert's in Fort Worth! They have an amazing brunch and bottomless mimosas!! How was everyone else's weekend?
